.. _signal_troubleshooting: Displayable Signal Troubleshooting ================================== The data dictionary outlines the type, accuracy, minimum, and maximum values for a signal. If these parameters don't align with how the signal is actually used in the application, the calibration tool might display the signal incorrectly. In ATI Vision ------------- In ATI Vision, arrows appear to show that the value differs from the default. .. image:: signal_troubleshooting_img1.gif :alt: ATI Vision arrows showing deviation from default value In OpenECU Calibrator --------------------- In OpenECU Calibrator, the color of the signal changes to indicate it's different from the default value. .. image:: signal_troubleshooting_img2.gif :alt: PiSnoop color change showing deviation from default value Resolution ---------- Typically, updating the accuracy, minimum, or maximum value in the data dictionary resolves the issue. If not, consider setting the signal type in the model explicitly using a Simulink data type conversion block.
