oe_config_using_ert — configure the model to use Embedded Coder (RTW) for model builds.
Description
OE_CONFIG_USING_ERT creates an active configuration
set for OpenECU to be build using Embedded Coder (RTW-EC) if the configuration
set has not already been created. If the configuration set already exists
then the configuration set is activated.
